Our Application Process:

  • The first stage - Usually will be a telephone interview with our Resourcing Team. This will allow you to find out more about the role, and allow us to find out more about you.
  • The second stage - A face-to-face interview with your prospective manager. This will be both a technical and competency based interview.
  • The third stage – Usually the final stage. At this point a decision is made about an offer of employment or the need for further assessment. A final decision will be made by the appropriate manager in the country of employment with the support of the Resourcing Team.
