"In my opinion there is no better online gaming business than PartyGaming. It's a true global organisation with opportunities for everyone with the energy to express themselves and make an impact on the business. As we're not only a marketing operator, but also the software developer for our own brands, you get the best of both worlds."

Discover Gibraltar
PartyGaming has chosen a truly cosmopolitan location for our HQ. Gibraltar is unique. A gentle pace of life, Mediterranean climate, lower cost of living and easy access to Southern Spain (a short walk over the border) is combined with the opportunity of working in an English-speaking environment.
Weather
Gibraltar has a balmy, temperate microclimate. An Atlantic wind protects Gibraltar from the extreme heat that can affect the rest of Southern Spain, making the summer temperature an average of 30°C. The mild winter feels like a British spring day, ranging between 10-20°C. Overall the area has an average of 300 days of sunshine per year.
Culture
Gibraltar has a unique mix of cultures, a fascinating history and is within walking distance of Andalucia. The beautiful Southern Spanish landscape stretches from the mountains to the sea: the world famous beaches of the Costa de la Luz are within easy reach for summer weekends away and it is less than 3 hours drive to Europe's most southerly ski resort, the Sierra Nevada. The historic cities of Cadiz, Jerez, Seville and Granada are close by and the White Villages of Andalusia wait to be explored.
Value
The cheaper cost of living means real savings. There is no VAT charged. Interest is fully allowable on mortgages, and property in Spain is cheaper than in the UK.
Flights
Flying home couldn't be easier. There are daily flights between Gibraltar Airport and London's Gatwick and Luton Airport that only take about 2.5 hours. (Trips to and from Manchester fly 4 times a week). Malaga International Airport is just over an hour drive away, where flights leave for most destinations in Northern Europe. The journey to work is generally stress free: just a short walk (Gibraltar is 5km long by 1.6km at its widest point), or you can drive in on the uncluttered Spanish roads.
Family Friendly
There are income tax benefits for married couples and those with children. Schools operate on the UK curriculum and exam structure, they have a good reputation, and are freely available to residents. There is a fee-paying English-based international school nearby in Spain.
All in all, the Mediterranean climate, landscape and ambience combined with working for PartyGaming in an English-speaking city and the cheaper cost of living all make Gibraltar an ideal place to relocate to.
